We take your security very seriously. We know this is top of your list when you’re entrusting another company with access to your workplace. All of our franchisees, staff and head office employees are police checked to ensure security.

Process Standards

Our franchisees are inducted on site by a senior member of Clean Planet's team. The trainer does not leave the premises until they are completely satisfied our standards are achieved. We then conduct two regular follow-up surveys:

  • An audit of cleaning standards.
  • A customer service survey, asking what you think of our performance and how we could make it even better.

We use an onsite communications book, so your staff can communicate with the cleaners and they can communicate with you. We’re always available to respond to any requests.
