Clean Planet does not accept liability for damages caused by this website. Clean Planet reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason. When an order is cancelled, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided to us. If we fail to receive any response from you, any monies received will be refunded using the original payment method and the order will be considered as cancelled. In the event of an incorrect price listed due to a typographical or other error, Clean Planet has the right to cancel or refuse orders placed for the product listed incorrectly whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, Clean Planet will credit this amount back to your credit card. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it. We do not accept liability if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Shipping Policy

All orders will have a shipping cost added to the purchase price in the cart.
Shipping cost are inclusive of GST.
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the next day.
Delivery will occur 2-5 business days from dispatch.
Any orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be processed on Mondays.
Weekend orders will be processed on Mondays.
Orders placed on Public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of order purchase date. These items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
You will be notified once your return has been received and processed. Please allow two weeks from the time you return your order for your return to processed. You are responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us. The goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Clean Planet.Clean Planet recommends returning parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address. If your carton goes missing. you will need to provide Clean Planet with documentation showing proof or incorrect delivery and a scanned image of the signature obtained. If you are unable to provide both. Clean Planet is not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. Please contact Clean Planet prior to returning an item, or your return won't be processed.
