Tony Pattison
Director & CEOLeading Franchise Success, One Partnership at a Time
As Chief Executive of Clean Planet, my core focus is helping our franchisees and master franchisees succeed. Since joining in 2013, I've worked across the business to understand the needs of our network and lead with purpose.
I'm inspired daily by our franchisees—hardworking individuals building better futures for their families. My role is to ensure they have the tools, training, and support to thrive. At Clean Planet, everything we do centres around health, sustainability, and empowering people. It's an honour to lead a company where success is shared.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar in a band and exploring mountain biking trails—activities that keep me energised and grounded.

What drives me at Clean Planet is helping our franchisees grow stronger, more confident businesses. Since joining in 2016, I've worked closely with franchise owners and Master Franchisees, supporting their day-to-day operations and guiding their long-term growth.
With over five years of hands-on experience in commercial cleaning, I understand what it takes to deliver consistent, high-quality service—and I use that knowledge to mentor our teams nationwide. I'm passionate about creating an environment where our franchisees feel empowered, supported, and ready to succeed.
When I'm not working, you'll find me out walking my dog, swimming, or spending time with family and friends.

My focus is on building clear, reliable financial processes that make life easier for our franchise network, giving them confidence in their business growth. I was drawn to Clean Planet's commitment to health, sustainability, and empowering franchise owners.
