At Clean Planet, we’ve always believed in the power of sustainable solutions and giving back to our community. Our commitment to a cleaner environment goes beyond our everyday cleaning, mowing and valet services. Every quarter, we organize a street clean event on Cain Road, our business resident street in Penrose, Auckland.
The most recent event was bigger and more impactful than ever before. It was heartwarming to see several businesses come together for a common cause – joining in our mission to make our neighbourhood cleaner and greener. A special shout out to every participant from DHL Penrose and Life Health Care for always participating in the street clean and helping have a better, cleaner community.
With more volunteers on board, we were able to cover a larger area and collect even more litter and waste than the previous years. We ensured that the waste collected during the cleanup was properly sorted and disposed of. We recycled as much as possible and disposed of the remaining waste responsibly, reducing our environmental footprint.
